Somehow I missed a big chunk of weldporn on the rear offside sill. I know you hate to miss out so here it is a little out of sequence.

Before pics  - about as good as the rest of it.





Start chopping





First repair piece



Snug fit


And new corner piece made and fitted


Plated in the corner




More cutting left me with this


Which needed this monster section




I missed pictures of the sill being refitted so you'll have to imaging it.

On to the inside to replace the U section which was rotten

Off the road in late 2015 and back from the paint strippers 2018 so it HAS been a long time!
