1. lanciamad - Marcus - HPE
2. Derek - HPE
3. Theo - Trevi
4. Stuart  - Spider (or 406 Coupe depending on progress...)
5. TreviDash - βeta Berlina serie tre
6. Matt - Coupe
7. Tony - Lancia Beta Prisma
8. Mark W - HPE (if ready)
9. Jonathon - Coupe
10. Andy C - Beta Berlina 2000ES
11. Miles - Spider
12. Steven / Amanda - Spyder
13. John B - Coupe
14. Tony Field - Trevi (Possibly)
15. Mike - Spyder
16. Marcus H - Gamma Coupe (Possibly)
17. Dave - Integrale

As you've already driven the road/s Theo, can I leave it upto you to suggest which route we should take? I've been working on both HPE's this week to get them running for the meet. Mine's not got all wiring and bracketery where it should and my dads is running but idleing at 1500rpm due to a sticky linkage it seems, never the less both will be there..... hopefully. See you guys tomorrow Smiley

Thanks to all that came and made the event worthwhile organising, it's not often two trevi's sit side-by-side these days! Smiley Really nice to put names to faces, see some cars I hadn't seen before (or remember seeing) and of course meet some of the more sophisticated members of the club:

My pics. of the day can be found here... http://www.flickr.com/photos/lanciamad/sets/72157624564611031/
Someone say, cake? Grin

Yes, belated thanks must go to Marcus for organising the meet. Well done that man!

I had a 220 mile round trip including the drive through Wells and Cheddar Gorge the car behaved perfectly throughout, even though it had not been used for six weeks while I sorted out the rear brakes.

I had plenty of admiring looks and a few thumbs up on my way home (people liking the car not the bloke driving it before anyone says anything)  it was a shame that the weather was a bit iffy in the morning but that cant be helped and the afternoon was much better so that made up for it.  Kilver Court looked very nice and the viaduct was an unusual but very worthy setting. (with some nice views of that wedding)

A good mix of Coupé, Spyder, Trevi & HPE, Tony "I'll have a slice of cake" in the Prisma and three Integrales came to join in the fun!

i'll second that Matt
i'm a poet and i know it.

talking of Tony - how can he be so slim when he has such a liking for great portions of cake!

being lead car of the lancia convoy was an enjoyable experience - i hope you enjoyed the route.it was good for me to see some local integrale owners but i must  applaud those of you who travelled some distance to support the Beta Meeta . well done to you Marcus .

ps the viaduct , an inspired choice of venue for Lancisti. now i must make another cup of tea.

cheers, jon

Tony,

Consider the request for "wedding photos" made.

Need to discuss with you getting hold of the single car shots .... would be worth checking through a few so I can sort out a little momento/reminder of the day.

Am away on holiday tomorrow for a week travelling up through Norway on a big Ferry !

I wonder if there is cake available on board?  Grin

Some nice pics. Looks like those that attended had a good time. I thought some of the Monte boys were joining you?

Will you do the same again next year or go to all the hassle of finding a new venue? The Cotswolds are nice and still west country-ish.

Look great seeing all the Lancia in one place.  Could a venue a bit further north be considered next year, everywheres a long way from Aberdeen?? But would come down if it was a small journey (Well 6 hours ish)  Joe

Just a quick one, a little write-up is in decembers issue of viva lancia about the event, for those that don't get it, perhaps someone could scan and post on here so all can read? (If thats allowed) Thanks to all that made it, I hope this won't be the end but the beginning of beta events! Onto Beta Meeta '11, I cant see why it cant be held a bit further north, it's just down to someone organising it Wink The location was only chosen because I was contacted out of the blue and it was convenient for me to organise something.
Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and New Year!
Marcus.
