Series 2 non facelift one perhaps? Right fittings to be a beta grille, and I have a badge with the push fit pictured rather than the two bolts that was also advertised as a beta part

I think that's a 1300 grille from an FL.

FL 1300 has the standard grille Nigel. Pre facelift they tried to differentiate the 1300 and initially marketed it as the 'Lancia Coupe', directly replacing the Fulvia 3. Much of the stainless trim was also painted over black.
