If it is indeed a 'thing' - the support/connection between the brake pipes and the front strut. - haven't got close enough to see how it is fixed yet. Completely absent on the other side of the car, just the bracket.

Probably missing because the 6x1 bolt snapped off in the hole! so best check. If so cable ties will work if you are not good at removing sheared bolts.

When you say absent do you mean the removable bracket with the bolt through it?

Peter and Eric- thanks, you are both right, sort of.

Bolt has gone, possibly partially in hole tbc, but unbelievably, the plate I have, having found it on the drive years ago and put it the 'I wonder what that fell off' box!
