For once I am actually organised too, and am booked up. Will be taking the Gamma this year though as won't have a Beta on the road this season.

And afterwards, as usual there will be a BBQ at my place. All Lancisti welcome. We got about 40 people last year and a really good selection of cars.

I'm situated about 20miles east of Bristol, only a mile from Castle Coombe circuit. You would exit the M4 at J18 coming from the Bristol direction or J17 from the London direction. Let me know if you would like to come and I'll give you address and directions.

There is no specific charge for the BBQ, but it is very much operated on a bring something to cook and something to drink. This will go into the general pile of food & drink that gets prepared for all to share. PLenty of room for tents if you want to pitch up and stay over.

Hope to get as many Beta's as possible this year to both the Bristol Show and the BBQ afterwards.

Regards

Andy

Hi
I will be almost definitely going to Bristol, as it's nice and close on the train or-
If I have a suitable car by then it might be there, if it's worth showing off!
My old man may even make it up, as we had a great time last year...
I'll know what's going on closer to the time.

How long did it take for confirmation to come back?

I emailed them on Tuesday and have yet to hear back.

About a week, the chap that organises it has other commitments, hence the slower reply than usual. Should be in contact with you soon.

Booked and paid for, myself and Mrs NoVAT will be coming in the red Coupe.

I think we'll be going the BBQ too but heading home in the evening.

Rather surprised that my reputation hasn't reached Bristol...
However accepted and paid,
I suppose that means I'll have to show up at the BBQ as well

Geoff

I have only just read the latest updates to this thread, so hadn't had the chance to warn the organiser about you in advance. Too late now though seeing as you have booked.

So, I would like to tell you how welcome you will be at the BBQ afterwards, however............

 Smiley

See you on 16th April - are you going to come to mine first for a coffee and brekkie, so then we can form a Lancia Convoy into Brizzle?
