Morning all, I'm aware fuel goes bad and I'm sure some of my running issues could be caused by it.

My local council web site has stuff like gas cannisters and asbestos as hazardous waste but no reference to petrol.

Is there an easy, safe, legal way to dispose of it?

John,
My local tip takes old motor oil so that's probably where i'd take it.

I use all my old stuff as a cleaning agent first, then on to the tip.

Probably got 3 gallons to get rid of, so if petrol strimmers   chain saws and the likes work then it can be donated
