Title: rear ARB bracket position
Post by: lukasdeopalenica on February 27, 2014, 05:02:05 PM
Guys,

The ARB brackets (left and right side) apparantly seem to be the same, but are not. They have slightly different shape and at least different holes for u-bolts. One pair (marked in red is a bit bigger and deeper comparing to the green pair. Should the bigger openings be up or down?

Another question - is the position of the bushing inside the bracket correct? It is removed from my HPE and the picture was taken before striping it down. Haynes says the recesses should be on a vertical plane while the picture shows the same arrangement as in my removed brackets. My intuition however tells me that the horizontal position is more reasonable.

thanks for your help.
Lukas
