Ran perfectly for over 700 miles in the week except a strange hiccup in the carpark of the wildfowl centre on the Saturday run whereby the (mechanical) fuel pump seemed to fail for several minutes. It was roaring hot so I assume it was some sort of vapour lock in the line.
I thought hard about staying on for the Betameet, we passed Bowood several times, but it would be starting to be a bit of a busman's holiday even for me (not to mention the kids). Hope the superb weather continues for tommorrow. |
