Description: As this is one of only two Beta coupes in Sri Lanka, mine being an early series1, I thought rather bravely to take on the restoration. It is already one year into the tinkering and still no end in sight. If not for the restrictions of imports of older cars into the island, this would not have been a project I would have started on. I have found that the tinker working on my car has got the rear fender and wheel arch wrong but he promised to sort this out. I hope these photos come out ok.
Empathy (even sympathy!) with a load of encouragement would be much appreciated at this stage
