Title: Bulb and holder plus spare unconnected connectors behind under dash trim Post by: Clifford on April 21, 2023, 04:51:20 PM Hi all.
I have discovered a push in bulb under the dash and what appear to be spare connectors coming off the loom on the passenger side of my 81 Spyder. Can anyone throw some light on them? Pun intended ;) I am guessing maybe the bulb illuminates the socket for the rechargeable torch and at least one of the connectors will power that socket? Others might be for electric window which it didn't have? If anyone can point me to a series 2 wiring diagram I would appreciate that as Haynes is series 1 only I think. I think it provides a couple of fibre optical cables at the other end but the ones on my car were cut so I don't know what they're supposed to light up!

Late cars have extra wiring in the loom that feeds in switch light bulbs.
