We have had quite a bit of snow down in Kent over the last five days and I must say my Beta has been great in all the snow and ice, these really were terrible conditions. Even my wife preferred to drive it rather than her Toyota. It felt so controllable, even on sheet ice.
I reckon the narrow (these days) tyres helped. I can see why they did well in rallying only to have their career overshadowed by Lancia's other rally weapons.
Looks like it is easing off now, so it'll be due for a good hose down to get rid of all the pesky salt.
