Hi folks,

Is it possible to adjust the heater inlet flap movement (84 HPE)?  Mine doesn't close by quite some margin, and the lever doesn't move more than about 60% of the way across.  Hopefully the answer doesn't involve removing the heater!

    Thanks,

I think the cable is secured to the dashboard levers with a crude plastic clamp using a self tapping screw. If you take the radio out and remove the surround, then shine a mirror on the back of the levers you should be able to see if the cable has slipped through the clamp.  If you need to adjust it, then I think you can unscrew the lever set and pull them forward to do so.
