Hi, just like to say Hi, been a LMC member  for over 20 years.........have just acquired 2 garage finds, been in storage 20 years, 1st is a Hi-Fi Beta Coupe No66 , 1981 , 2nd is a Delta HF Turbo ie, 1989 .....both have faired ok-ish being in a dry-ish council concrete garage for all that time.......my quest is to get the coupe on the road for next year, as std as poss....
LET THE PARTS QUEST BEGIN..!!

Ohh...dare I clean it though.....have cleaned out the inside of the crap rubbish...got some useful spares mind.. Wink....might be all thats holding it together...lol...(thought to self....DO IT..!!..) oh dear, those little shoulder demon/angel guys are taunting me............need a glass of wine , has to be red though, ala Wine Red Hi-Fi..........

Saw on the LMC Forum that the car started! Great news, but I'd change the cambelt and tensioner bearing before you did it again.

Haha, yeah will defo do them, just wanted to hear it start.......bit end-y for few seconds then all quiet....sounds sweet........starts instantly too....no messing........and the clutch was free ...bonus..!!

Hi Jim, have taken the injectors out to get cleaned, got fuel up to them but then nothing, hardly surprising after 15 years plus not being started........rear of roof has gone, needs a rear drivers door , damaged on edge plus rusty...rear boot floor in corners gone (usual)......top mount at front gone but got new one in boot, other than that its quite fine.......will need all discs and pads but new pads in boot too, think they fronts......easy to get those parts and cheap too....don`t think it will take much to get MOT ready at all.....
