My wife managed to put the Lancia keys through the washing machine....

The big 'B' survived but I also had a leather fob with a cast Lancia shield on it (looked like bronze but probably wasn't). Most of the fob is now in the depths of the washing machine.

Does anyone have one or even a decent photo of one?

By "accident"?
No help whatsoever, but I had to look at the post given the topic heading.
Was it an original, as came with the car from new, type key fob and therefore of some significance?

Not having had the car from new it's difficult to tell but I suspect so.

It certainly wasn't a generic ebay fob with a Lancia badge stuck on - someone had to tool up (however cheaply) to make it.
