Hi,
I have this weekend put the front of my beta spyder back together.

The only question  I had was what is the best technique to get the bottom of the wing to fit.
It seems to me that it will have to essentially be stretched over the sill to fit the bottom fixings.

Also - what is the best way of aligning the wings?
I have in essence put the doors back on and the bonnet but it needs adjustment to align.

Any advice or tips would be appreciated .

The wings should wrap round underneath the bottom of the A pillar without need for any stretching. However the position of the stepped bit on the wing can be a bit hit and miss.

As regards lining the wings up get the door to fit as well as you can to the B pillar and the screen A pillar and line the wing up with that getting the tops of the wings as far in as you can. You may well have to drill new fixing holes. A 5mm+ gap to the screen surround is not unusual. Line the bonnet up to the wings so the gaps are parallel before drilling or fixing anything!
