I shoukd pre-empt I know next to nothing about cars so I'm the wrong person to judge the condition, but I did take a few pictures of the underside while it was up on a ramp if you were thinking of buying and extra pics would help.

You need to have a good look around and a poke / prod.  When I bought mine, it looked excellent underneath (and mostly was) until the MOTer found a big patch that was nothing more than cornflake box covered by waxoyl!!!!

Judging by the wheel arches I'd guess it has rampant corrosion in the rear sills and the lower area of the strut turrets
