This one in the US. This is a 1981 Fuel Injected car. Here is a link to the photos on FB. For some reason, I couldn't scroll down but if you click a picture, you can go through one by one. Hope the link works! There are 285 shots so far.  Cool

Hi

That is a scary amount of work, but is starting to look really good! Notice you have European bumpers to go on, does make a big difference in my view.

Thank you, Peter!  Smiley The amount of work is not nearly as scary as the amount that the body shop is charging.
Still looking for a European front bumper. Know any leads?

Hi

On the front bumper, there is one breaking in the UK, I am nowhere near it, so cannot visit and verify its state, but maybe one of the others on the forum could help? I think at least one member has already been to see this car.

I have a spare set, but am keeping in case of an accident, so cannot offer you that one.

I can sympathise with you on the workshop cost, mine was £7k, but did include full respray. Good job it was not being done to sell it..........

All the best

Peter

Back on the road! Still needs the interior done but it was fun just to drive it again.

What rear section have you got on that exhaust?  Looks smart (and loud?)

I made-up a rear section with a Magnaflow stainless steel muffler and a chrome tip I found at a local autoparts store. A little black wrinkle paint, some red tape, a little bit of orange and an ANSA decal and, Voila! A rear ANSA box for a spider.  Wink  If that facebook links for you, there is a step-by-step showing the process.

It also has an actual ANSA center box and header. Not too loud though the thinness of the header seems to make it sound a little gravely. I may put the cast set-up back on at some point.

The Magnaflow number is 10444 for a 2" core and 10414 for a 2-1/2" core. Both are 2" In and Out. I used the 10444.
