Hi Mark,

Would it be feasible to have the plastic speedo drives made up (which fit into the gearbox)

I think there has been other inquiries on the forum about these???

I remember seeing a video of a machine capable of reproducing plastic parts (Jay Leno Garage)
don't know if anyone in the UK is using one yet, anyway here's the link

There are a number of rapid prototyping companies in the UK using systems like this - but time on the scanner is not cheap.

With the spur gear for the speedo drive i'd have a look through the davall gears catalogue first - there's a good chance they'll have something similar.
