Hi all,

This is a note of gratitude I wanted to make public here.

For those who 'don't know' my HPE's been running rough since I've had it.
Running well in fact but having intermittent power outages now and then, (more often swinging through roundabouts.)

Nigel kindly offered to help me resolve these issues whilst providing crucial assistance updating my fuel system
Nigel parachuted in on Friday and the following day we were driving through heavy Danish rain in a 'very' happy HPE.

Finally putting my poor running issues to rest.

It was a joy and privilege watching Nigel work.

A very big 'thank you'

Hi Andrew

Great result, glad Nigel’s visit was a success. Amusing choice of phrase ‘Nigel parachuted in’ given it is an old hobby of his….

Thanks Peter,

'Yes' that reference was one I thought Nigel would appreciate. Wink Grin

I hope the HPE restoration's going well.

I do, thanks!

An observation already mentioned to Andrew, but driving a left-hooker on the right was
initially a brain overload. I found this interesting as I'm completely comfortable in my Mazda
when in France. Otherwise, his car drives and performs well.

Andrew, adding to the list of 'things-to-do', gear lever bushings and link rod replacement will
eliminate most of the free-play. Next year perhaps!

Nigel,

You're welcome back anytime at all. The sooner the better ..Next summer however sounds like a good plan,
The weather is more hospitable, and it's a great time to see the country.

I've added those tasks you mentioned to the to-do list and am rather motivated to make my way through them
I'll keep you updated.

All the best Andrew

Andrew has designed and had printed a few of these, and sent
me one, thanks mate!

I don't think he's going to promote it himself but he may well make more
if there's sufficient interest. And it's heaps better than the frequent FB rubbish
we see.

Many thanks Nigel !

That's encouraging Neil, Clifford and Smithy. I'll make a separate post tomorrow with information, the backstory ( why I did the Shirts.)
and potential availability.

More then,

All the very Best Andrew.
