Title: what is it with mad prices for Beta key rings?
Post by: rossocorsa on October 25, 2010, 10:51:34 PM
I thought I over paid last year when I paid about £20 for one brand new from a seller in the USA (who at the time had a couple more that sat unsold for some time) but recently an unused one sold on ebay for nearly £80  :o and now a second lightly used one is offered at nearly £50! ???

I spotted those too. Either they're being shilled or someone is paying silly money.

Thankfully I have the original one although it would probably be in better condition if my wife hadn't washed it in my jeans the other day !

£49.99 for a rusty Beta Keyring? I'll stick with my steel rope type Lancia keyring, as issued by current EU dealers with your new Lancia - £12.99. Wonder if it will be worth £50 in thirty years???

I noticed that keyring as well. I think that £50 is way over the top but £80? My word!
I would like to have one just to add to my Beta stuff but it would just be shoved into a drawer as I don't even think it looks that good.
Still, maybe it's an indication of the way that everything Beta is going?
I used to have a few Fulvias and would like to get one again but now the prices are crazy!

Well if you want a cheap-'71 Fulvia Ser II 1.3 coupe, I have one for restoration along with a load of spares
