F/L HPE at Flexistowe

I went to a biggish show at Bungay on Sunday, a couple of hundred cars not one of them Italian (no room for my Spider in the exhibition area!) although there was some good stuff on show like a 2CV fitted with a BMW bike flat twin.

My parents went to one at Felixstowe and came back with some pictures of some more interesting cars including a red F/L HPE on a Y plate.

Did it belong to anyone from on here?

EDIT: Should we have a 'Spotted' section on here for those rare occasions we see another Beta?
