Hello and welcome, during 2012 we will continue to offer a good range of parts for your Lancia Beta, adding more general service items and I have also been busy looking at ways of reconditioning parts that are no longer available. This has involved designing and producing tooling that will do the job with a good finished result.
I hope to increase the range throughout the coming year and have some more projects in the pipeline, funds permitting of course. So keep coming back to see what’s been happening.

Paypal Problems?
If you experience problems with checkout, we are not sure why this should happen, please complete your order again and then checkout using check/money order option. Also mention this in your order comments. I will then send paypal request or paypal details. Please state what email address you would like the request to be sent.
How to order
Our Catalogue works like any other online ordering website. All prices are in GB Pounds Sterling (£) and payment can be made via PayPal, Cheque (£ only), bank transfer or cash on collection. Collections can be made with prior arrangement with us, by phone or email.
Delivery Times
All postal orders will be sent out at the weekend depending on my own work commitments, courier orders as soon as can be arranged. I will try to dispatch as soon as possible, stock permitting.
Stainless steel exhausts will be sent directly from the manufacturer and delivery will be approx 4-8 weeks.
Body Panels are made to order and expect delivery from 4-12 weeks depending on the part.
Shipping Charges
As you add to your basket, the weight of your order is totalled up, this helps calculate the shipping charge. We have tried to make it as accurate as we can and we will notify you if there is a problem with this. For orders that total over 2kg , an additional payment request will be sent to you, this will enable us to find the best delivery option for your order.
If amount charged is too much then it will be refunded (By PayPal or Cheque £), likewise if under calculated then an invoice will be sent to you.Shipping charges are continually looked at and approximate quotes can be made.
Orders up to 1.990kg will be posted (size permitting). For anything over this weight will be sent via courier, DHL, Fedex or Parcelforce . Our charges ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your location/country. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the courier invoices us for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardise or terminate you ability to place future orders. If you are unsure of your county’s import polices, please check before you place an order. Exhaust orders within UK mainland are included in the price, anyway else please contact us for cost. Body Panels shipping charges will be added when order ready for dispatch, reason for this is size and distance. For orders of any large panels, suggest you contact us for a shipping quote.
Important notice........
Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and in a formatt that will be understood by all postage/courier services. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will inform you on its return. We will then repack it where needed, ready for dispatch. We will then invoice to again for the shipping costs and add an extra 35% handling surcharge. Once paid, your order will be dispatched asap.
Returns
No returns will be allowed on any part over 30 days from dispatch. We cannot accept return of specially ordered parts or used parts, nor can we accept return of new parts that have been installed or have been modified in any way. Items should be returned via a shipping method that provides full tracking of the package’s status, as returns cannot be processed for items that are not received. Items must be returned in original box or packaging, in ‘as received’ condition.
Please note they may be a 25% restocking charge on some items.
PLEASE REMEMBER
if you are returning goods for whatever reason, please make sure you have clearly marked the parcel with the sender’s name and address. Goods lost in transit to us are your responsibility. If parcel correctly labelled then it can be returned to you by postal or courier services used in an event of a problem with the delivery.
Damages
IMPORTANT- Please inspect packaging and contents for damage immediately upon receipt. Inspect any opened or damaged packages and report their condition to the courier. Do not break down or throw away the packaging when you unpack the goods as our couriers will require it for inspection in order to process any claim. You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery or risk nullification of our exchange or refund policy. Every item is inspected for damage before dispatch.
Please contact us for authorisation before returning any item. Make sure you include a copy of the invoice and the reason why you are returning it with the returned part/s. Shipping must be paid by you unless the item is defective. When faulty items are being returned for exchange, we will not ship replacements until we have received and inspected the faulty item.
